2 year old killed by car

2 year old child was killed when teenage driver accidently backed up and hit him. Police are still investigating it so charges have been filed.

    i did mine on this article too, i almost cried. the thought of an innocent 2 year being ran over.. i cant even fathom what the child's family is going through. :'(
